We all spend a lot of time on web, searching the solutions of problems we’ve or just collecting information regarding something, and most of the time, the turned out saviour for all of us is no other than “Google”. And needless to mention that some of the searches we perform is for personal use and we don’t want to share it with anyone else.
If this is the case for you even, then what’ll you do to prevent others from checking your search history, knowingly that everything you searched on Google is saved and tracked? There might be some situation where you’ll have to give access to your PCs to your friends or handover the smartphone for urgent need to a friend, letting them see your search history.
Guess what? There is a way around to prevent them poking into your personal search list. Delete Them!
Yes! Delete Google search history, the specific pages you’ve visited from the saved list.
To do that, navigate to Google History page. You can directly navigate to that page from here!
Note:- You’ve to again login by entering your password.
Your search activity will be shown at the top of the page and the details of what searches are performed will be listed at the bottom of the page.
From the list, select the checkbox which you want to delete from the saved search history list and hit “Remove” button. This will remove all the selected pages from the saved history list.
You can always move between older or newer saved history from “Activity” section. To navigate to older section, hit “Older” button located at the right bottom, under activity column.
In case you’ve got huge list of history to delete, simply hit the “Gear icon” and select “Remove”, from where you can select the time period to wipe out the history for that particular selected time.
Once you’ve selected the time period, hit “Remove” button and all your saved data will be deleted.
